Our Swiss Bakery stollen is a yeasted bread that is studded with dried fruits, almonds and a marzipan centre. We use a natural starter culture as well as fresh yeast, and raisins soaked with dark rum. The outside is coated with butter and icing sugar to create a delectable taste. Best to be shared in slices at your next holiday gathering or gift it away to your favourite dessert-loving friend.
